"I had (2) HVAC units installed in my house to replace my
14-year-old units. One system was a 4-ton package unit and the other was a 2 ton split unit. After a lot of research and talking
with friends and family I decided to go with Trane systems. I initially considered Blanton’s because of the positive
comments I’d heard about the company and because of the excellent job Blanton’s did installing new units at my
workplace. I received bids from other companies and some were a bit cheaper than Blanton’s but none of them came close
to the level of professionalism displayed by Blanton’s. The Blanton’s comfort specialist spent several hours at
my house conducting a thorough load test to determine what type of system would best meet my needs and budget. On installation
day the Blanton’s crew arrived on time and went right work. A representative explained exactly what they were going
to do and gave me an estimate of how long it was going to take. Before they entered my house they put protective booties over
their work boots so that they didn’t leave tracks on the carpet. They also placed ground cloths on the pathway to the
split unit upstairs. All of the employees were professional, well mannered and took the time to answer any questions or concerns
I had. Another thing that impressed me was that all of the employees actually wore uniforms so you didn’t see any baggy
or sagging jeans. The installation crews did a great job of cleaning up after the installation and left the work site looking
better than when they arrived. After the installation was complete a service tech programmed the units and did a great job
of explaining how everything worked. I must say that I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and attention to detail
displayed by Blanton’s and I highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs."

outstanding job your technician, Jonathan Anderson had done on my AC. He was very courteous and thorough in his diagnostic
test of my problem. He explained what the problem was and the cost to get the problem fixed. He did not coerce or brow-beat
me into making the decision right away. He explained the situation and allowed me to make the decision myself for him to fix
the problem. I appreciated that. Everything that I had read on the internet was just how it happened. Honesty is the best
policy. Mr. Anderson took the time to explain to me what he was doing and how the maintenance service would affect my AC.
He had answered all my questions in a professional manner and in "lay-men" terms to which I could understand.
I also would like to thank your staff for such courteous treatment at the initial call I made yesterday afternoon.
The first person to answer the phone was Karen and she listened to my explanation of the problem I was experiencing. She then
checked if there was an opening for today, which there was, then transferred me to Joy, the Dispatcher. Joy took care of the
paperwork expeditiously and informed me that the technician would call prior to coming to the house, which he did in the time
frame stated.”
