Brian came out to do a bi-annual inspection with my WOW maintenance membership of my HVAC unit and I let him know that I was having issues with my HVAC unit heating like it should. As he did the inspection, he was able to determine that the defrost board & sensor needed replacing. He was able to get the part in and he came out to do the installation to complete the repair of my unit and part of it was under warranty - just in time for the cold weather that is to come! Brian is extremely responsive, professional, polite and respectful and was great to work with. I definitely recommend him and Blanton's and I appreciate the WOW maintenance plan! Thank you!

I've had some great technicians come to my home, but the one that came today was outstanding! His name was Dee and he came to give my HVAC a seasonal checkup. Not only did he do a great job with checking the system, he also fixed my internet for me! I'm a senior citizen and struggle with the most basic of things involving technology. This morning I mentioned to Dee my internet was out and he found the problem right away. He very quickly fixed it, explaining what he had done. It seemed simple, so I might be able to do it myself if it happens again.Then he went outside in the pouring rain and cleaned out the inside of my HVAC! He also gave me tips about purchasing less expensive air filters for my HVAC. Who does things like this anymore? Before he could drive away I had already called Blanton's telling them to only send Dee in the future.It's unfortunate, but it's unusual to find technicians these days who honestly try to help you, and don't expect anything in return. I'm not about to look elsewhere when I get someone as fabulous as Dee. Blanton's is fortunate to have him, and I feel lucky that they sent him to my today!

He took the time to explained different parts of my heat pump to me and showed me how to set the thermostat to auto control heat/air. My experience with Blanton’ Plumbing was very positive. The plumber that came really knew his stuff. He took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was and how he was going to solve it. His attention to detail was superb. I would highly recommend Blanton’s Plumbing to anybody. He replaced all of the copper pipes, 2 toilets, all of the emergency shutoffs, a gas water heater, and repaired the gas line that fed into the water heater. All of which needed replacing.

UPDATE from my original post:I had Blanton's replace our downstairs A/C unit. I went with them, paying a bit more than some of the other quotes I got, because I trusted their customer service could pay off in the long run.My A/C unit went down on a Saturday, and I called their number and had a service rep out within hours. I had an outstanding experience with each Blanton's rep that came out to the house. This time, Tyron was able to quickly ID the issue, explained it to me clearly, and solved the issue. He didn't have the part on hand, but went out of his way to go to Lowes and get our A/C back up and running.A big thank you to Tyron, Clifton, and Jeremy. You guys have been great.Additional Update:I just had Ty out for electrical and we was super knowledgeable. Gave me no nonsense advice and offered cheaper solutions than the mom and pop electrical technician who I thought would be cheaper

This company understands the meaning of service!!! We had 2 plumbing issues that were not really urgent, but when we called we were scheduled for the first appointment the next day. We had two different technicians show up; first was Collin, who came by to do an assessment of what the problems were. We asked Blanton’s to come for multiple electrical needs - installing new outlets, fixing our doorbell, and setting up an EV charge port. For the last two, we had used a different electrician, but had problems with the doorbell and couldn’t get the EV working. I am very glad we ended up calling Blanton’s. Fredi came and upgraded the EV outlet so that it can work safely with our car, and identified a problem with our doorbell, not only fixing the issue, but installing a chime as well. He was also extremely diligent and communicative. I’d highly recommend working with him!
