And afterwards, I can clearly see it is well earned.The dispatch and customer service team are top notch, they are very communicative and professional. And Colin, our plumber was amazing. Mr. Ty was and is amazing. Ty installed a few LED lights, new bathroom fan vent, GFI with alarm and a Generac! He exceeded our expectations. My wife and I had multiple questions the a generator for our home. Ty took time to explain everything we wanted to know. If he did not know the answer, he looked it up and got back to us. It's the little things that make a big difference. Ty every time he entered our house put shoe covers on, even if it was just for a second. This showed me how much respect he had for our home.

(November 2024) - My recent experience with Blanton’s Heat & Air had its ups and downs, primarily due to multiple scheduling hiccups. Despite confirming they had the correct contact information, I never received the promised calls or texts regarding my appointments, which was frustrating.However, Todd, the technician who eventually arrived, completely turned the situation around. Todd was extremely calm and professional, diligently diagnosing the issue with my leaky bathtub faucet. He explained the possible solutions in a low-pressure manner, which was greatly appreciated after 48 hours of miscommunication with the schedulers.What truly stood out was Todd’s wonderful “bedside manner.” His reassuring demeanor made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Overall, while the scheduling experience with Blanton’s could definitely use improvement, Todd’s exceptional service more than made up for it.----------------------------------------------------------------------(April 2024) - I recently had the pleasure of having my HVAC system serviced by Avery, and I must say, the experience was exceptional. Avery was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. Not only did he greet us with a polite demeanor, but he also maintained it throughout the service.His knowledge was evident as he meticulously explained each step of the process in terms that were easy to understand, ensuring we were well-informed about what was happening. I called Blanton's because I saw one of their trucks and thought the logo was retro and wholesome. And I appreciated that they did HVAC as well as plumbing. Dustin came out and did a whole house plumbing inspection along with the flush of my tankless water heater, which had sediment that made it slower to heat up . Dustin is awesome! He is kind and helpful, and I felt completely comfortable with his advice and service. I did sign up for an annual plan, which is a great deal.
