The work they do is reliable and the documentation they provided us on the issues are very helpful. I would 100% recommend them every time. Dustin Bracken and Chris Dick have been great with educating me on the problem (showing me step by step what was wrong with our water lines), identifying where the previous problem was not fixed (illegal plumbing by previous plumbing company), and how things should move forward. They are very smart in their craft/profession and I have requested Dustin every single time! Daniel Rivera was very helpful and responsive for our electrical needs. He is smart and taught me some key identifiers for specific electrical problems. Jon Hall and Brandon Faircloth were professional and very educated in HVAC services. They helped us identify issues that HVAC inspectors didn't even catch to include illegal plumbing. Their services helped us greatly in a having a healthy home.
Mike Tyndall was such a kind man. He explained everything that was going to be covered in the annual service. He asked if there was anything specific I had an issue with and immediately took care of it before moving on to the next issue. He also explained some things to look out for as time goes on so I'm not stuck with a big problem.

From my initial appointment request to the completion of the job, I was overjoyed at the level of professionalism and kindness displayed by each person I had the pleasure of communicating with. I love how I received a picture and details of each person that was visiting my home prior to my visit by text. GREAT FEATURE!

They gave me options and made sure I was fully informed. I chose to get a brand new hvac unit and I’m pleased with how promptly they were able to set everything up and get the work completed. Financing options are available if you qualify. They even gave me heaters to borrow to ensure I was comfortable until the home returns to normal.

Special shoutout to everyone I spoke with Nick, Alex, Wyatt, Shawn and Chris and the lovely ladies I spoke with from dispatch. Everyone was amazing. Thank y’all! So glad I chose you.

Another amazing service call by Blantons. We had a yearly service done on our HVAC unit done by Joshua Geercken and he was quick, respectful, knowledgeable and extremely thorough. He went above and beyond the usual procedures and actually found a small leak in our natural gas feed from the street to our meter. We called Piedmont and had them come out and fix it. Don’t know how long it was leaking but because Joshua went over and above, we are now safe and will probably see less usage on our next gas bill. Thanks again, Joshua!❤️❤️

I have had one of the worst experience with another company. So I called Blanton's for a second opinion. I was hoping, praying and had faith that the right technician would come along. From the time he gave me a call to tell me he was on his way, to the time he showed up to my front door. The whole time he stayed here to walk me through the whole process. We were having power issues in the house, some things worked while others did not. I called Blanton's in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. Our electrician Ayden was phenomenal!
