So grateful that I decided to give Blanton’s a call, Tim Hair was sent out and identified an underground leak we had. He was extremely thorough during his inspection, explained what he was looking for every step of the way, and even discovered that our water shut off didn’t actually shut off. Tim and Nathaniel Robertson then came out and worked diligently to replace my water line and move our water shut off! I really appreciate the integrity of the technicians and the company they represent, during installation they discovered they didn’t have to do a major repair as we had previously thought, and ended up saving me thousands. HVAC Tech. Taylor arrived a week ago at the beginning of the time window that was given. She listened and understood the problems we were having with the system and conducted a long troubleshooting process which discovered two issues requiring parts to be ordered to properly resolve the issues.After finishing, she provided a complete report of what was checked with pictures of the current condition of the units and parts ordered. She was able to get the system working properly before she left even while waiting on the repair parts.Today, she returned with the repair parts to complete the needed repairs properly. Along with the Supervisor David, they tested the system to ensure it worked correctly and efficiently again. They were very personable and provided a complete explanation of the repairs completed.Taylor did an awesome job working to find some problems that were not easily detectable through regular system checks. She took her time and FOUND the problems and ordered the parts to FIX the issues.Great job Taylor! Thanks. And thanks to David for taking time to ensure all repairs were through and assisting with completing the parts replacements.

From the very first phone call, our experience with Blanton's has been nothing but exceptional. Everyone I spoke to was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The HVAC technician who was originally sent (Gill) was kind, efficient and knowledgeable. When the service call led to our need to replace both of our HVAC units, Kyle was sent to thoroughly examine Gill's findings, our equipment and provided thorough information on which systems would work best for our home, with multiple options that worked best with our finances. It was evident that there was solid communication with all members of the team and everyone knew what was going on with our situation. The installation crew we had today (Shawn, Thomas, Taylor and Gabe) was an impressive group, working diligently, efficiently and politely all day. All four of them had the utmost respect for our home and our personal space. They were friendly and respectful of our home, putting down drop cloths to protect our floors as they worked. Shawn did a wonderful job of explaining the system and made sure I knew how to use everything before leaving. Buying two new units is a huge investment and can be a daunting process. But the Blanton's team made it a much smoother, less overwhelming process. We never felt pressured to buy anything we weren't comfortable with. Kyle made sure we were comfortable with our choice and Shawn and the guys made us feel comfortable with the installation. Communication throughout the whole process was amazing. And the overall experience made me feel like we were VIP customers. Highly recommend!

I want to recognize one of your WOW professionals, Clif Boney. We discovered after the cold snap, that our cooling portion of our HVAC system was not working. Today being one of the warmer days I set our system to cool and it blew how air. I made the call to Blanton at just before 5pm. I requested that a technician service our system. Just 10 min later I received a call from technician Clif Boney who said he would be here within the hour. About a quarter to 6pm, his van was in the driveway. Say what you are going to do and do better, that’s what he did.He introduced himself, received a rundown of what we had experienced, he set up his digital thermometers and showed me what was going on and asked where the main unit was in the house. Shortly after he examined the unit, he basically trouble shot the problem and said let’s go out to the condenser. Before he got to the outside unit, he told me what he thought it was and sure enough that was exactly it, he had us up and running within 15 minutes! That is WOW!!! Our hvac unit had been hanging on by a thread and our home warranty refused to do anything but patch and repair the unit currently in place. So we called Blanton’s, and they sent Jon out to take a look and let us know what system would best suit our needs. If you ever have the pleasure of talking to Jon he will warm your heart and home better than any machine. He just has a great energy and is very knowledgeable. He got us all set up with a great system and made us aware of the install procedure. I figured the customer service couldn’t get better than Jon. But I was wrong. Blanton sent Jon and John to do the install. And they were absolutely delightful, knowledgeable and answered all my questions with a level of expertise to be admired.
