Elvin B was knowledgeable and professional while being friendly and easy to talk to. He explained (in language I could understand) about all that he was going to do, concerns and problems he found, then a very detailed explanation of what he did, along with estimates for the needed repairs. He asked several times if i had any questions about what he was doing. I think Elvin sat a very high bar for customer service for other Blanton employees.
