I had two outdoor installations. A Gas line and a Water Faucet. Biruk came out and did a fantastic job. The care he took with my home was as if he was doing it for his family. I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of service and communication throughout the process. He took time to explain and talk through options. He did not dismiss any of my questions as silly. I hope he comes for all my future services.

The technician was friendly and professional. He quickly diagnosied the source of our problems. He offered several solutions and answered all of my questions.

It was super easy to schedule my service call. It was done in minutes and there was availability as soon as the next day - that surprised me! Joe and his partner were very nice and listened to my concerns. They checked the issues and offered me several options to choose from for the repair. They were able to complete the repair during the same appointment and everything was wrapped up within an hour! It was way faster than I expected! Overall, it was easy, fast and the service was great.

Diana Leach did a great job servicing our two AC units today! Diana was very patient, very informative and was able to answer all my questions.

Had a great experience with both Austin and Armando. Austin came out for a plumbing repair and knocked it out quickly — on time, professional, and took the time to explain what was going on. Armando handled the electrical side, replacing lighting and fans throughout, and did an equally impressive job. Both guys were friendly, efficient, and clearly knew their stuff. Would definitely use them again.

EFFICIENT SERVICE, MAINTENANCE CHECK ON PLUMBING

Justin was knowledgeable and kind and took his time explaining the issues and what was needed to fix it. Would highly recommend to a friend!

We had an issue of water leaking from underneath the dishwasher whenever the wash cycle was underway. We weren't sure if it was a plumbing issue, so I made an appointment with Blanton. The technician, Chad, was quickly able to determine that the leak was not a plumbing issue, but a dishwasher issue. I appreciate their responsiveness and technical assessment. Five stars!

Arrived on time. Clean uniform and truck. Put on shoe covers before entering the home. Pleasant attitude. Explained the future project in detail. I will be using them again

Blanton’s sent Chris Woods to do our air conditioner maintenance. He checked both of our systems and made corrective adjustments with the units. Chris also changed filters and explained what he found in the crawlspace as he showed me the pictures .. He also examined the attic ceiling fan above the upstairs attic AC ductwork. Chris found the cause of a terrible noise that could be heard throughout the house. I feared that the air conditioner unit was failing. The fan was installed when the house was built and it operated automatically when attic temperatures were high. Chris made pictures of the fan blades and I could see the damage. The fan blades were hitting a metal strip within the fan. The fan will need to be replaced. I am grateful that Chris found the problem and was honest to say it was not related to the AC Unit. Chris is a hardworking, competent professional who did far more than was expected. I would highly recommend Chris and the company he represents. Sincerely, Linda Eaton

This was our first time using Blanton’s, and we had a plumbing leak for which we received same-day service. Trevor Wilson was our service professional, and he did a fantastic job . Communication was great, he was on time, and very professional and courteous. He ensured that he isolated our issue, showed us photos and explained everything clearly, and worked very efficiently. We will definitely continue to use Blanton’s for our needs at the house. Highly recommend.

Blanton’s was responsive and consistently communicative. They were a pleasure to deal with and the technicians who came listened to us and were the opposite of a rip off! I am so glad we contacted them for a plumbing emergency!

Trevor is excellent at his job and does wonderful work. His explanation about what needs to be done and why are clear and very helpful. We were offered several options and estimates; all were reasonably priced and the work was completed promptly and efficiently. Trevor is a wonderful human being. He has a great personality and his demeanor is respectful, relaxed and amenable. It was a long workday for him at our home, but he maintained a great attitude and good humor throughout. We hope we will get to work with Trevor again in the future. He is thorough and professional, and does quality work. Highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Chris Regan was exceptional at clearing our clogged drains! He was timely and personable. We would call Blantons again for any other services!

Plumber Chris was Excellent!! Friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Will request him by name again. He did an inspection of our whole house plumbing system and flushed our water heater. He also checked water pressure and got us better pressure on indoor faucets.

He did an outstanding job ensuring that everything worked properly after installation, to include waiting for me to get the charging app installed, and troubleshooting the charger to verify it charged the car properly. I had a great experience. I’m new to the NC area and chose to go with Blanton’s since they are local and been around for decades. My house is relatively new but I wanted to make sure the HVAC / HEAT systems were working properly and efficiently. My technician- Colton D. Was terrific. He was efficient, professional, friendly, explained everything to me and provided pictures and ranges for optimum efficiency. He found that the outside condenser was not performing within normal range. I knew my electric bills had been running higher but wasn’t sure why - this explains and confirms the problem I was experiencing. Colton recommended a compressor saver be added to the unit to reduce the electrical surge the compressor was experiencing. This will reduce my overall monthly electric bill but mainly extend the life of my compressor unit. I was grateful for this early catch before it did major damage to the unit. I even signed up for a reasonably priced monthly service plan. I’ll now have biannual maintenance performed. It’s worth peace of mind. Thank you so much ****UPDATE**** Another terrific experience In addition to my previous HVAC/ HEAT check up earlier today - I had reached out to Blanton’s because of a pipe which briefly froze over winter. Blanton’s sent a Plummer to conduct the service. I’m finding the Blanton’s technicians to be well qualified. Good folks. Collin D performed the service. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Collin checked and determined a pipe under the craw space needing insulation was the problem. He quickly took care of the issue so this should not happen again. In an addition- since I signed up for a maintenance service contract- — Collin checked all the plumbing fixtures and pressure etc. And drained the water heater as part of the service. I realize I need to be proactive rather than reactive as a homeowner . The monthly maintenance plan is worth it to me. I’m pleased with the Blanton’s technicians and the maintenance service agreement I signed up for covering HVAC - Heating - Water fixtures. Thanks again
