I’ve used Blanton’s before, so I was not surprised at the professional service I received. Chase was very thorough, ultimately inspecting my upper and lower HVAC system. His inspection identified some areas, that I was unaware of, which could have potentially become an issue in the future. I particularly appreciate the pictures that Chase provided, so I could see exactly what he was talking about. I had minimal questions, at the end of the visit. Blanton’s always satisfies, and I would definitely recommend to customers who are shopping for a HVAC and plumbing repair company.

Very good service and great customer care . I am writing to amend this review which evidently my husband did. On Jan 2026 we had Blanton.s come to repair a cut off valve on our refrigerator that goes to the icemaker which cost an exorbititant price of $646.66 It was apparently repaired in an faulty incorrect method. Today 26 May 2026 the icemaker stopped working so in the examinations we found the repaired tubing had ruptured and water was all over the floor. We quickly put the tube in a bucket and started trying to find a plumber. We found one in Clinton who agreed to come to our aid. When he arrived and looked at the connection he immediately said he would not have put that type of tubing on the line, it was soft clear plastic in two sections evidently to get it to fit on the coupling, and the middle section had ruptured. The replacement was heavy duty and much smaller tubing apparently the correct type of tubing. This cost was much more reasonable, more in line of what we thought it should be, especially since it was done on an emergency basis. I am writing this to hopefully get the attention of the owner of Blanton's and if they are any kind of business we should get at least a partial refund for the exorbitant fee they charged us for this repair, that lasted only 4 3/4 months or to repay us for the newest charge of $187.00. I have the defective piece of tubing if they want to see it but it remains in my possession. Needless to say we no longer feel as we did when the review was posted and will never use Blanton's plumbing again Thank you Rose Jenkins

Both of my bathroom fans have been out for quite some time and I just didn’t know honestly who to call to fix them. Blanton’s company sent out an axon what they do and I was like “Yes” I know now. I’ve already done business with the company in the past for my 2 units that were units like almost 3 years ago so I called. My technician was Armando Arroyo and he fixed both of my bathroom fans and explained to me first hand what he needed to do. He ordered the parts and returned to complete the work. I also explained to him that the Bosch unit I bought from them a couple of years back was having some issues and he looked it over and he is going to have someone in that field come look at it another day. I will continue doing business with Blanton and presently I’m trying to figure out what my next project is that their company can help me out with being that I now know they have many different things they do with their mail ad. This is just one of the fans he fixed. 7/17/2025: Vincent Maples the plumber technician who came to provide service for my tub was very informative on each step. The water was continuously running where I got a call from the water company letting me know that in 8 hours 30 gallons of water was used and I needed to see if there were any leaks throughout my house. The upstairs tub had the leak and instead of repairing i chose the replacement. I have no interest of the work behind fixing the issue but Mr Maples explained the procedure down where honestly he made it quite interesting. Thank you Mr Maples for fixing my tub. Had a clog in the main pipe going to septic tank. The tech was out the next day. I was not here for the service, but my Daughter said he was very polite and professional. I expected it to be pricey but to my pleasant surprise it was not. I would definitely recommend them and will call them again for any plumbing or electrical issues in the future. Thank you

Richie and Billie were a blast. Hard working and conversational. Felt like having two close friends over helping replace the whole pipe system after a huge leak. Couldn't thank these two enough for the work they did and how welcoming they felt. Definitely two people I would recommend for any work done.

Ismael did a great job. He diagnosed the problem very quickly and explained how the capacitor should be working properly and how the current one was working. Now the system is working fine.

He explained why he was doing everything he was doing, and why he recommended the things he did. I definitely have a much better understanding of our system and already signed up for the WOW Service Plan. Just one less thing I need to worry about every year since it covers ALL of the things that I would normally worry about. Especially having someone with asthma in the house! We recently had a new HVAC system installed. Nick R did a great job talking us through all the details and options prior to signing up. On the day of install, Aiden, Elijah T, Gabe B, and Darius did a fantastic job. They were professional and kept us informed throughout the whole process. Once they finished the install, they walked us through the new thermostat options. We appreciate their efforts and great service!

I just had my hot water heater replaced by Nicholas. He came out a few days prior to take a look at my old one. Nick is very knowledgeable and professional - and also very passionate about his work. Him and the company don't try to talk you into buying something new. I definitely needed a new hot water heater (my old one was running 10 years past its service date). My old one also wasn't installed properly. Nick ensured this new one was installed properly (with a stand and drip pan). Just had a service performed on May 22nd for my AC unit. Ismael did an assessment and informed me of the issues affecting my system - such as a bad capacitor. He showed me showed me how it was basically old and not performing properly. In addition to that, he showed me a leakage of attic air into my upstairs due to gaps in the door. I went with his recommendation to replace the capacitor and clean the AC unit - now the air is working perfectly! The few times I’ve called Blantons for professional help, they’ve always performed a stellar job! They take pride in their work and ensure you are given the best service!

Blanton's Heating & A/C just performed my semi-annual HVAC checkup. The service was great and they checked everything in the system to make sure it worked properly. Will use this company again in the future. Also, Joshua Willis provided 5 star service on my system.

Chase with Blantons, was great. My husband tried another company, and they just stared at our heat pump, and said they had no idea. Chase diagnosed and fixed our unit within 10 minutes. We have used Blantons for three of our homes now. The best customer service I’ve ever received in Pinehurst North Carolina. Phil Martin was exceptionally thorough and good. He checked our unit out thoroughly and did a great job. He actually even helped my husband put a bench together. Oops so happy that you have people-like Philip working for you. excellent service he was kind and patient with us. I had an excellent experience with Shunsuri Scott from Blanton’s. He arrived on time, was very professional and quickly diagnosed the issues with my HAVAC. Scott informed me that my Air Scrubber was defected and the Pure Air Blue Tube was weak. The installation of both items were completed in a timely manner without any disruptions of our daily routine. Blanton's has been our go-to for home repairs for 4 years now. They always deliver good, fast service for a price that is equivalent to the quality(probably not the cheapest, but absolutely worth the quality work and customer service that you will get). Today, Josh came out and replaced the capacitor on one of my units. He was extremely quick and knowledgeable. Also very friendly and personable. What I like about Blanton's is every tech that has came out has been super friendly, helpful, and puts customer service first and foremost. Josh was no exception. Will continue to use Blanton's un the future.

Skip came to my home for my annual plumbing checkup from Blantons and was extremely professional. Skip answered all of my questions I had about the knocking coming from the pipes and addressed the few issues I had. Customer service counts and Blantons has always delivered and that’s who I trust with my heating, plumbing and electrical.

Joshua Mugglin performed a great plumbing inspection hot water heater flushing. He found and repaired a bad copper pipe section under the house with professionalism.

I want to thank Mr Shumauri Scott a Blanton service profesional for his visit today. Mr Scott came out today to finalize our new HVAC installation with the installation of the new thermostat. We were very impressed with his visit. Mr. Scott explained each step of the installation and system checks that were performed. We had several questions about how the system works, what to look for and when the system turns on or activates safety features that are built into the new system. The system operating temperatures were verified and Mr Scott let us know what the results were. We had some questions on how to properly operate the thermostat which Mr Scott was very knowledgeable to explained and showed us how to manage our inputs and system alarms that could sound off if and when needing professionals care. We are very grateful for Mr Shumauri Scott visit today.

Our water heater quit without warning, but within hours Jacob Eason was dispatched to my location. He arrived promptly and provided a replacement the same day. He explained the issue clearly, without any technical jargon or sales pressure. If you need a plumbing service, I highly recommend calling Blanton and asking for Jacob. Joey was great! He was quick but did a great job and made time to explain everything. The process was a little high for what I feel the job was worth. But I couldn’t physically do it, so it’s done and done right.

The heat on our downstairs gas furnace went out when temps were in the 20s and 30s overnight. We've been WOW Service Plan members for years and Blanton sent Chase Westmoreland out within a couple hours after we called. He quickly diagnosed the blower motor being the problem. Unfortunately, as it was on a Friday, they couldn't get the part until the following week. Fortunately we had a space heater and gas fire place to keep the downstairs somewhat tolerable. Chase followed up the next week and personally drove to the warehouse to get the part and replaced it with his helper. He's a great technician and one of the best we've worked with from Blanton's over the years. Another great experience with Blanton’s dealing with a loose commode and a bad shower faucet diverter. Tim Hair fixed both in an amazingly short time including replacing the wax seal on the commode. We know whenever we call we’re going to get a great service!

Blanton's once again came through to provide expert service and advice about my plumbing, electrical, HVAC and as a added bonus I got a consult about a whole home generator. My family has trusted them to provide top tier service for almost 4 years now and they have yet to fail us. Armando and Lawrence (generator), Josh (plumbing), Spencer (HVAC), Hairam (electrical) provided the 5-star quality service that Blanton's is known for and they are why we will continue to go with Blantons for all of our heating, cooling, plumbing and electrical needs.

We were due for our 6 month checks for HVAC & Plumbing. First I would like to say that the customer service is wonderful & the staff is always friendly & they look to accommodate our schedule as best as possible. Nathan Skipper performed our plumbing inspection & water heater flush, I received a call prior to his arrival letting me know exactly when he would arrive. The overall service was great & quick but not rushed. Shortly afterwards I got a call that the HVAC tech was on his way for the HVAC system checks. I was grateful to have been able to have these services performed very close in time so that I could return to work & not use up anymore leave than necessary. Huge shout out to Mr. Clif Boney for coming by to check on an issue that was initially concerning for us but turned out to be something minor to resolve. Moose and Chris came out to replace AC unit. They are hardworking and reliable. They are very courteous and knowledgeable about their job crossing all t's, dotting all i's. It was an all day job but they worked the entire time. They made sure I am knowledgeable about the new unit and how it works .I appreciate the time and patience they took especially working in a 127 degree attick and having to strategize, arrange and put things together to complete the process.The AC is also working nicely.

I needed an advice from a professional electrician. After checking online for an electrician near me, I contacted Blanto's Air, Plumbing &Electric. I explained my situation to the representative who answered my call and she immediately understood my situation. She scheduled me a same day appointment with Yovani. Yovani showed up at my house as scheduled and after I explained to him what I wanted, he understood what I wanted to have done. Yovani showed professionalism and experience from the get go. He explained to me the process, gave me a cuote and went to work. I am very satisfied with the results. Yovani proved he's very knowledgeable on what he does. Spencer D came and did my HVAC WOW service. He was very knowledgable, friendly and answered my questions. I highly recommend Blantons.

The heat on our downstairs gas furnace went out when temps were in the 20s and 30s overnight. We've been WOW Service Plan members for years and Blanton sent Chase Westmoreland out within a couple hours after we called. He quickly diagnosed the blower motor being the problem. Unfortunately, as it was on a Friday, they couldn't get the part until the following week. Fortunately we had a space heater and gas fire place to keep the downstairs somewhat tolerable. Chase followed up the next week and personally drove to the warehouse to get the part and replaced it with his helper. He's a great technician and one of the best we've worked with from Blanton's over the years.

Blanton's sent out Joshua Ballance to evaluate our home's HVAC. Joshua announced his intended visit and came in with boot covers. He checked out both the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. Joshua reported that our HVAC was running well and he left everything in good shape.

I had Blanton's install an exhaust fan installed my garage. Nick Bornsheuer and Nick Rippith did the installation. They did a fantastic job, ensuring that I was happy with their plan every step. I'm extremely happy. This is my third project with Blanton's and I continue to be impressed with their WOW service!

He explained everything in detail as he checked out my unit. He was not in a hurry. He made sure that I knew exactly what was going on with my unit before he left. He told me if I had any more problems with the unit to just give you guys a call back. Sometimes when you're workers come out they do not take time to explain anything. He was also well spoken. They just tell me a little bit about the problem and then give me the bills. It was very nice for somebody too actually explain in detail what was going on. I would recommend this gentleman for a wonderful job done

Armando, Joe, and Lawrence did some electrical work for us. They were super friendly, professional, and completed the job in a few hours. Would definitely recommend.

Very respectful and professional. Found out way more in solving the issue and finding the leak than the first plumber I called, who did the initial install. Will be using again for plumbing as well as HVAC and electrical a well. UPDATE: came out this morning to give an estimate and was in line with the estimate from the leak detection company so I had them start the work immediately. Kept working till the culprit pipe was found and replaced and could turn the water back on with no leaks. Cleaned up and helped document everything for our home owner's insurance. Highly recommend, will be using for all future plumbing, electrical, and HVAC work in the future. UPDATE: just had electrical work done and I'm just as impressed. Just as professional. UPDATE: still a very happy customer!

New Service done Apr 30, 2026 This update is for an Electric Assessment service completed as part of the WOW Service. Donavan called 30 mins before he arrived. He explained what the overall assessment included and explained the checklist items as he completed them when necessary. His final review and quotes were thorough and included different levels of improvements or fixes that needed done. He was very personable and made the assessment feel completely informative versus a push to complete everything he identified. He let us know the priority of each course of action he recommended. We would definitely request Donavan if we have additional electrical work done. APR 2026 Updated review from additional work done June 2025: Great service today. Thomas and Taylor completed removal and installation of 1 of 2 Heat-pumps we have quickly and explained the system fully before leaving. Would definitely recommend them for your A/C maintenance needs.
